2. App Functionality and Permissions

Our application is designed to be privacy-conscious and currently requests only the necessary permissions required for core functionality, such as Push Notifications for educational alerts and reminders. We do not compel you to grant hardware permissions (such as camera, microphone, or local storage) outside of what is explicitly detailed in our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable Use and Conduct

You agree to use the Services only for lawful educational purposes. You strictly agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or content to create or compile a database or directory without written permission from us.
• Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Services, or bypass our API-first architectural security measures.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the application’s backend databases or networks.
• Share, distribute, or commercialize any proprietary educational materials, test structures, or gamified content found within the app.
• Utilize the application in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Services—including all source code, databases, functionality, software algorithms, UI/UX designs, text, and graphics—are our proprietary property. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 5. Disclaimer regarding Educational Outcomes

The Services are provided as a supplemental learning and preparation tool. We make no representations or warranties regarding your performance on actual academic assessments, board examinations, or competitive exams. Your success depends entirely on your own effort, study habits, and capabilities. The content provided is for informational and preparative purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in Rajasthan, India, and the parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such state and federal courts.
